Heathrow Airport offers a number of different lounges depending on which terminal you are flying from, we have listed all the lounges below under each terminal;



Heathrow Teminal 1



The Servisair Lounge

The Servisair lounge offers a great alternative to the busy noisy main departure lounge at Heathrow, the lounge offers everything you need for a peaceful relaxing stay. The lounge includes features such as comfortable seating, internet access, television, flight information screens, toilets. Relax away from the hectic departure lounge with complimentary drinks & snacks while you browse the selection of newspapers and magazines.If you missed breakfast that's no problem as why not grab some complimentary snacks (biscuits and crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the lounge. For that extra feeling of luxury, champagne is available at an additional charge.

Location

The Servisair airport lounge is situated airside of terminal 1. Go through Passport Control, turn right at 'Whiskies of the World,' then take the lift to the 2nd floor and follow the signs for the Servisair lounge signs along balcony.

Important information

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from all guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.The Servisair lounge welcomes children and infants into the lounge.

Opening times

The lounge opens at 6am every morning

The lounge closes at 10pm every evening

This Lounge is accessible to wheelchairs. There is no disabled toilet - nearest is located in the terminal.

Please be aware you may only spend up to a maximum of 3 hours in the long before flight, extension to this time is purely the discretion of the lounge staff.



Heathrow Teminal 3



The Servisair Lounge

The lounge provides a TV and flight information display screens so you can be entertained while you wait to board your flight. Take some time to relax with the selection of newspapers and magazines and avoid the noise of the public lounge. Whilst in the lounge complimentary snacks such as crisps, biscuits, fruit, pastries and tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks are provide for you to enjoy. For the business traveller the Servisair Lounge provides a fax (send and receive) payable by credit card, credit card telephones with compoints (credit card), WiFi and a coin payphone to ensure business and leisure travellers have everything they need.


Location

The lounge is situated airside of terminal 3. Go through the doors to Gates 2-55 and follow the signs to Gate 12D. Take the lift to the 2nd floor. Continue through some double doors and the lounge is on the right..

Heathrow Teminal 4



4Deck Lounge

The 4 Deck Lounge has three main areas, each with its own ambiance. From the kids' activity areas to the business lounge and the flight viewing deck, there really is something for everyone. There are free bars, newspapers and magazines, children's play tables, Sky TV, music listening posts, internet access, video games and a fax machine. Once you have checked into the lounge, you can leave and come back, but you should let a member of staff know and you should take your booking confirmation with you. There are complimentary bars serving snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne. There is a wide selection of food and beverages available in the 4 Deck Lounge to cater for all your needs.


Location

The entrance to the 4 Deck airport lounge is situated at Gate 17 - after passport control at Heathrow terminal 4.

Important information

The 4 Deck Lounge has no formal dress code. Children of all ages are particularly welcome, though the Upper Deck does not permit children under 16 years. All children are charged at the normal rate.

The lounge opens at 5:30am every morning

The lounge closes at 10pm every evening

The 4 Deck airport lounge is accessible to wheelchair users and passengers with disabilities. Passengers with disabilities have full access to the Main Deck.
